My Job-Decoration team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Monsoon musing was a student led poetry event held in the school itself. It was an opportunity for everyone including the teacher and parents to express their feelings in the form of a poetry. And there was also a seva cafe for the visitors,and they served food and drinks like ice-tea and tea during the performance and they could pay whatever they wanted to. For the artists, there were art stalls put up for their artworks and were given an option to keep is to see or could sell it, paying whatever the visitors felt the price would be.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-3 Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

As I was the part of the decoration team,we had to decide a theme for the event and as it was a event where everyone was going to be the part of so we had to decide a theme which gives a pleasant look as it was a poetry event.So we found some difficulties deciding on the decoration part but doing it together we did it well.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-5 Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working together is both easy and difficult to me,If I work with people whom I have been working with a long time,it would be easy to work with them as I know them since long and how they behave.But If i have to work with people i don\u2019t usually work with,it\u2019s a bit difficult but gradually if we work together,I will be able to work.<\/span><\/p>\n
