Background<\/pre>\n
It was a literary event. I was in the decoration team Few students from a lower grade and teachers came presented poems and donated. The donation we collected was given to charity. The event also gave the opportunity\u00a0to exhibit skills of visual arts, cooking etc.\u00a0This event was divided into one more part, Seva Cafe. the students who volunteered for Seva Cafe had prepared food for guests who could pay whatever amount of money they wanted.<\/span><\/p>\n
As I was working under the heads, I had to collaborate with them as well as with the referees. By this, I learnt how to talk to different people and surprisingly liked to know new referees and participants. My role was to ensure\u00a0 I complete the decoration on time.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was numerous amount of submission (challenge) before the event but we managed to divide work finalize decoration id<\/p>\n

eas and complete the decoration on time as I am very creative and I like arts as a subject I could demonstrate my skills and prior knowledge.<\/p>\n
L4 – Commitment to and perseverance<\/p>\n
As the event was coming we made sure we come early and complete the decoration for the smooth going of the event.<\/p>\n
L5 – Demonstrate the skills and benefits of working collaboratively<\/p>\n
As there was a number of tasks to be completed we had a team of 6-7 people which helped us complete work because we divided the task. Other than this we also got support from the school staff in putting up the decoration.<\/p>\n
Conlusion<\/pre>\n
As we came early, divided task, and managed it well we successfully\u00a0completed on time and put up an amazing event.<\/p>\n
In this process, I learnt how to do multi-tasking and develop the skill of time management which helped me in day to day task as well. I felt that the tournament was a success in all and our effort was worth it. At the end of the day, I was tired yet I enjoyed a lot as it was a new experience and for me and heard a lot\u00a0of appreciation for decoration.<\/span><\/p>\n
