Monsoon Musings<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Monsoon Musings is a literary event which was conducted in our school by the students and teachers. In this event we provided a platform for the students to recite their literature work, it could be a poem or a snippet which is their own made and not plagiarized. Furthermore we also had food stalls known as seva cafe and art stalls which were completely made by students and were out for sale. We had conducted this event for a good cause, donating all the money which we received to the charity. I was the head of the marketing team and we had to market our event to the whole school.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO 1:- Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth.<\/b><\/p>\n

While I was engaged in the project I had realised that what my strengths and weaknesses were. My strength was that I was that I was able to present my project well to the people, so my marketing strategies were strong which had attracted many poets to express their feelings on our stage. I had designed very appealing posters, but when I went to announce about the event in the classes I was a bit shy, which had affected \u00a0I feel sense of pride that now I am aware of my strength and weakness, and now I could take advantage of the opportunities and improve on my weakness and also work further on my strength. It was hard to overcome my weakness but I finally did it.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO 5:- \u00a0Demonstrate the skills and recognise the benefits of working<\/b><\/p>\n

collaboratively.<\/b><\/p>\n

Working collaboratory is a very beneficial thing because it helps you divide the work and also there are people who help you with work also. Working along is a difficult task.The task which I had was difficult but with the help of my friends I was able to do it. It is \u00a0very important to work collaboratively because you get to know other people out of your comfort zone and also you improve on your team building skills. Furthermore in future this will help you build a good career.<\/span><\/p>\n
