Activity-<\/span>I participated in a football tournament organised by my two friends. It was a professional tournament were my cities best football teams participated in it. The tournament had a winning price of Rs.10,000. It was a turf tournament, 7 on a side. All my friends from the same grade were in my team. We won 2 matches out of 3. We won against one of the best teams of our city which was the St. Xaviers football team. We defeated them with the score of 5-2. Out of the 5 goals, I scored one of it. I played this tournament to enhance my skills and also wanted to start playing football from a lower level then go to a higher level, which then helps me develop my skills in a better way so I can exhibit them at the right time and place.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-1:<\/span>By participating in this event I was able to exhibit and learn new skills. This was my first professional football tournament where I got to know my abilities and strength for this sport. I played as the center forward striker and scored 2 goals out of 2 matches played. In this tournament, I learned how to defend in a better way which helped me and my team to defend properly.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-2:<\/span>Playing this football tournament was a very big decision for me. I used to be very scared of the sport football, because 3-4 years back this sport gave me a major fracture on my leg, since then I left the sport and started to play another sport. In this tournament I overcome my fear for this sport and started to play again, it was fun and I played really well for my team.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-4:<\/span>Before this tournament started me and my friends trained in a garden to perform well in the tournament. In the training we worked on our strengths and weakness, this helped me to improve my skills. One day we had a problem to face which was that we didn\u2019t have enough footballs to train with, so we made a new drill for the team which was to play with a single ball. The training helped me to play better in the tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-5:\u00a0<\/span>My team had a total of 9 players. Each one of us attended all the training sessions. Unlike the other teams, we had discipline in our team. Whenever we used to train, we trained as a team, we had the unity in our team, we trained ourselves with dedication and hard work. We were able to collaborate properly with each other.<\/span><\/p>\n
