Monsoon musings was an event which was organized by my school. The event had a key involvement of the skill of literature. The event was an idea and hard work to reality of the english and literature team of our school. The main motive of the event was to give a platform to all the people in our acquaintance to bring out of literary talents to all of us. The event gave an opportunity to everyone who would like to show up with their skills over literature. The requirement of Monsoon Musings was of making your own poetries or any other written piece which people would like to share to others.  The best part of the event was the idea of no regulations in language used. We had allowed people to narrate their literary works in whichever language they were comfortable. The responsibility which I was given was to head the department of academic honesty. The event had art was in literature-based hence we had to make sure of the originality maintained in people. Any plagiaristic work was not expected by the organizers.

The learning outcomes which I have included are:-

LO1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth.

This particular learning outcome reflects the skills I have developed during this event. The personal attributes which I have developed are to schedule my work and also to have a practice of time management. The work which gradually pilled up as I had to check the plagiarism off various literary works by each participant. Therefore, the habit of time management helped me a lot and made my work get complete on time.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and recognize the benefit of working collaboratively

The department in which I was working was of academic honesty and I had to work in a pair with one more person. The load of our work was very high as there were only two people in the academic honesty team and the written tasks to be completed were many. Therefore, the benefits which I recognized from working collaboratively was that the stress of the work was distributed and reduced to a great amount.
