The school had organized an event to promote literature amongst all the students of the school for which we were required to prepare food from their home and serve it to a group of people attending the event, there were students teachers and parents. It was a fundraising event where the collected money was supposed to be donated Learning Outcomes achieved: L1 Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth My strengths were to manage all the things that were happening around like my team-mates and talking to teachers about any concern,which was very much helpful for me to conduct this CAS successfully.I wanted to develop my cooking skills which could turn out to be helpful in my future so I decided to learn from my teammates and develop my skills.so here I was developing my areas of growth which is done using the medium of CAS. L2. Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills Before the occasion, I had just some information about preparing nourishment and furthermore, I additionally knew to make just a few dishes. The fundamental test for us was to make great coin idlis. We were fortunate enough to find support from the care staff to make the equivalent. While setting up the snacks with my group I figured out how to make new dishes and furthermore did a few exercises in cooking just because. This was a totally new experience and I felt extraordinary in the wake of defeating this new challenge. It is critical to take up difficulties in life since they help you to create as an individual and assist you with adapting new abilities. This aptitude would be valuable later on the off chance that I live alone and need to make nourishment for myself. L3. Initiate and plan a CAS experience I am usually an organized type of person so it really helped me to conduct the CAS as I was able to determine various things undertake different activities by managing myself doing everything in a timely manner. Here I also developed my skills of communication by talking to my teammates and discovering new perspectives. I think these skills will help me conduct such CAS easily in the future. L5. Demonstrate the skills and benefits of working collaboratively working in team is always motivating and makes part of work more interesting and simpler by which the quality of work is automatically improved and for me it is very beneficial to work in teams as i get to adapt a lot of new skills and gain maximun knowledge from the same because of discussions and practices of working in a team.   L7. Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions This event was very significant and I certainly took back a lot of valuable experience. During the entire event, not a single customer was actually forced into paying money. The best part? They willingly donated considering the amount of efforts put in by us and our food quality achieved! Every customer we served shared the opinion that our food was amazing! Many people could not help but ask for second servings as well. We also did not work for the money; rather, we donated all of our profits to a good cause, which invoked a sense of happiness and satisfaction in me.  

In the end, the entire experience was excellent. I was very satisfied, having done something good for both people I know, and indirectly helping children around the world. As mentioned before, I took back a huge load of experience and am thankful for having worked at such an event, and I will definitely not hesitate from taking part in another such wonderful event.
