This was a part of a school event. We organized farewell for our seniors to give them a flashback about there journey in Fountainhead school. We as a grade where required to do this. All the jobs were divided for different people to be done. This saved our time and energy. I was a part of the decoration team for farewell. The theme was decided by the whole grade which made the decoration motive easy. We all decided the decoration that had to be done and started early which helped us complete the work on time.

LO 5 :- Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

As we worked collaboratively it made the event special for our senior. Working as a whole grade did help us a lot. It would not have been possible to have such a great evening without distributing everyone in groups. This helped us organize different things like food, games, entertainment, and decoration. In decoration, we were again divided according to the work. This helped us to work on whatever we wanted to and anyway we wanted.

LO 6- Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance

As the decoration had to be done with a lot of paper and plastic material because of which a lot was being wasted. For the issue, we decided to use all the resources valuable and also not to waste them. After the event, all the paper material and left out materials were given back to school, which will be used for decoration in any further event in school. A small step from our side can help the environment to be safe.
