Early morning frisbee camps.

Activity- In this activity, I went to school in the early-in bus for practicing Frisbee to work on my personal skills, stamina and fitness. There are a few other people too who come with me in the early in, so usually, we do the fitness together for 15-20 mins and then work on our personal skills.

LO-1

While training, I got to know that I do have good stamina which helped me a lot during the fitness sessions to control the high body pains and to stretch the timings for the exercises. These morning sessions did have a lot of running in it which gradually increased my speed and improved my throws.

LO-2

Waking up early is a really big challenge for me, hence this was one of the challenges I faced. While improving my body fitness, I faced a lot of body pain which lasted for 1 week or so. After a week my body did feel a bit energetic and improved.

LO-4

I did attend the morning sessions at school with dedication, hardly I missed any of them. I did wake up early and finished the task I gave to myself. Even while the fitness session, many of the other people stopped at a while but I pushed myself to complete the session.

These early morning sessions have helped me a lot to improve my fitness, stamina and frisbee skills. This helped me a lot in my frisbee tournaments and building up stamina helped me to play my basketball tournament in a better way. Even, playing early in the morning is good for health, unlike going to the gym and do heavy weight lifting which leads to severe injuries, according to my knowledge.
